Continuation of our temple hopping!
Q: So, how did we end up with our own itinerary?
A: We tried to check different blogs, also different tours and services’ itinerary. And from there, we googled and searched and selected which of those places look more interesting and *baaaam!* we have our own DIY itinerary.
Here’s a list of sample itinerary that you can follow:
By the way, if you think that these temples are far from one another, they’re not. It’s just like a park, a very wide park where you can jump from one temple to another.
Like a Temple Run literally! 🙂
With no more further ado, here are our good times while temple hopping.
BUT first, the map.
Photos may not be chronologically arranged. Hope you’ll enjoy! 🙂
Of course, the tour won’t end without foods!
We had our lunch at Khmer Cooking Empire which was not bad and people are warm and welcoming! They offer seats on both open and air-conditioned rooms.
There we tried their Khmer Chicken Curry (Yellow) and Beef Lok Lak – two of the foods that they are known for.
And waking up early in the morning, it was in no doubt, we felt less energy and very sleepy right after we had our late lunch. So, we went home straight after the temples tour, but it was so nice of our tuktuk driver to offer us even more tour services to Floating Village. However, we didn’t opt for it still. Time to go back and rest! 🙂
Photos from My Love’s birthday celebration will be up here soon!
