It has always been a dream to travel with people you love.
I guess, this is just the start of turning that dream into a reality.
Our first tour together…. Thanks for the surprise visit, love.
We only had 2 full days to roam around Bangkok. It’s a bit too short, but at least we get to celebrate our post VDay together. #TeamLDR
Note: We did not spend any cent for accommodation cause I worked for a private school as an English Teacher who was generous enough to provide a shelter during my stay.
Day 1: The Grand Palace, Bangkok
Entrance Fee: THB500/person, inclusive of access to Wat Phra Kaeo, The Royal Thai Decorations & Coins Pavilion and Queen Sirikit Museum of Textile, which are located within the Grand Palace compound, and to Vimanmek Mansion Museum on Ratchawithi Road.
- Kwan Riam Floating Market – open from 6am – 6pm everyday
- Chatuchak Weekend Market – popular for those who love shopping, retailers and wholesaler, a must-visit place for tourist.
- Khao San Road – described as The Center of Backpacking Universe – is good for those who love nightlife, socialization and happenings.
I guess, I’ll leave the photos below to speak for themselves. 🙂
If you have a chance, this is something you shouldn’t miss – backpacking around Bangkok! 🙂 It’s fun.
