My first international stamp!
A college graduation gift or should I say “DEAL” that I received from my parents. Haha!. A deal that if I made it to Latin Honors, I will be set free!! Just kidding. =)
Surprisingly……I am now writing my first international trip!
I agree that traveling in Singapore is not that cheap. But how was it possible for me to stay there for three awesome weeks?
Tip #1: Find a friend. 🙂
I never spent a cent for my accommodation. I eat ‘brunch’ and refill my water bottle before I leave my friend’s home – that way, I don’t have to spend money on food. (Thanks to them for accommodating and feeding me during my stay!) #DoTheSmartMove But in return, I did housecleaning for them, and sometimes, if I managed to save an amount at the end of the day, I will bring home some food for them. 🙂
I only spent dollars on two things:
- Transportation (SMRT card top up)
- Their famous dirty ice cream
So, sharing with you photos of my SG trip, not in a chronological order. 🙂
Thank you for walking with me around Singapore! 🙂 I hope you get to experience it yourself too!
Truly, it was such an awesome first international travel!
This trip has taught me how to brave a place outside of my comfort zone. I am ready to take on another road.
